At Wet Paws, we require a credit card to be kept on file to help manage no-show appointments. While we completely understand that emergencies happen and will never charge for those situations, missed appointments prevent us from serving other pets who could have used that time. Due to a history of excessive no-shows, this policy is now necessary.

Please rest assured, your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or with your verbal consent following a completed appointment.

We always prefer payment by cash or check, though credit cards are gladly accepted.
