    * (1) The Full Groom is priced according to breed, size and condition of your pet’s coat upon arrival to the salon. Please note that a surcharge will be applied for aggressive and/or challenging dogs to accommodate added resources and time required. If your pet has fleas and we were not made aware prior to arrival at the store a surcharge applies.
    * (2) Matted Dogs -- "Humanity Before Vanity": When matting gets close to the skin, or there are many mats, it can become a problem -- and heavy matting can be even more of a problem which can cause irritation, pain, potential skin infection, and more serious problems. In the event a dog is matted, and the matting cannot be removed through brushing ad/or the pet's patience has expired, for the best interest of the pet and it's health, Wet Paws Dog Grooming, LLC may be required to remove the matting through a shave-down process. While this is the last resort we prefer not to take, there are times when no other option exists. In such cases, a de-matting surcharge will apply billable in increments of 15 minutes.
