* (1) The Wash-N-Dash is priced according to breed, size and condition of your pet’s coat upon arrival to the salon. Please note that a surcharge will be applied for aggressive and/or challenging dogs to accommodate added resources and time required. If your pet has fleas and we were not made aware prior to arrival at the store a surcharge applies. * (2) Matted Dogs -- "Humanity Before Vanity": In the event a dog is matted, and the matting cannot be removed through brushing ad/or the pet's patience has expired, for the best interest of the pet and it's health, Wet Paws Dog Grooming, LLC may be required to remove the matting. In such cases, a de-matting surcharge will apply billable in increments of 15 minutes.
